'Osteria dei Vespri' is situated in Piazza Croce dei Vespri and rises from the ancient stables of  Palazzo Gangi . The square also includes a restored column and Palazzo Bonet, home of the Municipal Art Gallery. Therefore the restaurant shares the warm and pleasant atmosphere of the beating heart of Palermo, an ancient town tightly attached to its traditions, but also renewed in lifestyle. The restaurant offers both locally products and a selection of specialities from the rest of the world. Alberto Rizzo, the restaurant chef, finds inspiration in tradition but with some forays in new techniques and styles, obtaining new solutions and interesting combinations.
